We reserve the right to update, modify, or delete website content, pricing standards, production rules, and service terms at any time without prior notice. All products provided by our store comply with international trade standards and conventional commodity safety regulations. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the use of purchased products conforms to local laws, regional regulations, and public ethics. We shall not be held liable for any illegal or unauthorized use of our products by customers.

Any unauthorized infringement will result in legal liability and compensation claims.
3. Custom Product Description Disclaimer
We endeavor to keep all product descriptions, size parameters, color displays, and craft introductions accurate and consistent. However, minor deviations may occur due to different device display resolutions, shooting lighting, manual measurement errors, and normal production batch differences. Slight color aberration, texture difference, or tiny size deviation does not constitute quality defects, and we do not support disputes, refunds, or compensation claims for such objective normal differences.
All displayed craft effects and product parameters are for reference only and cannot be used as absolute standard basis for after-sales disputes.
4. Customer Content & Infringement Liability
All custom products are produced strictly in accordance with design files, text content, patterns, trademarks, and personalized materials provided by customers. Customers confirm and guarantee that all submitted custom materials are legal, authentic, and do not infringe the copyright, trademark right, portrait right, or other legitimate rights and interests of any third party.
In the event of any third-party infringement complaints, legal disputes, administrative penalties, or economic losses caused by the customer’s provided illegal or infringing materials, the customer shall bear all legal responsibilities and full economic losses independently. Our store reserves the right to refuse subsequent customization services and pursue compensation for all losses incurred.
5. Third-Party Service Exemption
Our store cooperates with independent third-party service providers, including logistics carriers, payment service platforms, and customs clearance agencies. All third-party services are independently operated. We do not assume any liability for service delays, operational failures, fund disputes, data errors, or package losses caused by third-party service abnormalities.

7. Custom Order Non-Refund & Non-Return Rule
All customized products are tailor-made according to individual customer requirements and belong to non-mass customized goods. Once the production process is confirmed and started, orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded for personal reasons. We only accept re-production or partial compensation for products with confirmed production quality errors on our side.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This legal statement and all customized product transaction contracts are governed by the laws of our company’s registered jurisdiction, excluding the CISG (United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods). All disputes arising from website use and custom orders shall be settled through friendly negotiation first.
